Crosby is approved by CIPD to offer qualifications at Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels through either a competency or assignment-based approach. The competency-based is aimed at experienced individuals who may require some distance learning support from us but who are generally ready for assessment against the CIPD syllabus. We assist candidates to document evidence from their workplace to meet the majority of the CIPD’s qualification requirements. At Crosby we offer full support using tutorials, workshops, email support, telephone support and video conferencing/Skype tutorials. This is particularly useful for people who are based abroad or at the extremes of the UK and cannot travel. We are very experienced in tailoring a programme to people who are not living in the UK.
