HR Apprenticeships, developed according to the new ‘Apprenticeship Standards’ were built by employers for employers at employer-led trailblazer groups for levels 3 & 5 (and a brand new levy-funded Apprenticeship at level 7 known as a Senior People Professional is currently underway at Trailblazer as we speak). Crosby Management Training chaired both levels 3 & 5 HR and L&D trailblazers, providing expertise and guidance to employers and currently chairs the new level 7!
HR Apprenticeships develop the fundamental knowledge, skills and behaviours required of the 21st Century HR professional, whether operating at level 3, 5 or 7.
As an Approved CIPD Centre, we can also offer CIPD Qualifications at a significant discount alongside our Apprenticeships, although a CIPD Certificate is provided free of charge within the funding band at level 5, and can be upgraded to a Diploma for an extra fee.
All of our tutors proudly hold CIPD Chartered Member status and come from the commercial world of HR. Our Executive Director has been awarded the coveted accolade CIPD ‘Companion’ status, one of only 135 of 135,000 members worldwide.
