What is an L&D Apprenticeship?
L&D Apprenticeships, developed according to the new ‘Apprenticeship Standards’, were built by employers for employers at employer-led trailblazer groups for levels 3 & 5 (and a brand new levy-funded Apprenticeship at level 7 known as a Senior People Professional is currently underway at Trailblazer as we speak). Crosby Management Training chaired both levels 3 & 5 HR and L&D trailblazers, providing expertise and guidance to employers and currently chairs the new level 7!
L&D Apprenticeships develop the fundamental knowledge, skills and behaviours required of the 21st Century L&D professional, whether operating at level 3, 5 or 7.
As an Approved CIPD Centre, we can also offer CIPD Qualifications at a significant discount alongside our Apprenticeships.
