Established in 1997, we are recognised as a leading training provider delivering high quality apprenticeships, qualifications and consultancy. We work collaboratively with employers, awarding organisations, professional associations, trade bodies, local FE colleges and HE universities to maintain the highest quality provision available in the UK and globally.
We specialise in delivering a range of HR and L&D apprenticeships, qualifications and training and have been an approved CIPD centre for over 20 years. Our professional trainers have a wealth of experience, being highly practiced in their field and most having held senior positions in a range of organisations spanning the private, public and third sector.

At CMT, we passionately believe in delivering training via a blended approach, so our Apprenticeships and CIPD programmes encompass a variety of delivery modes to aid transfer of learning to the workplace.
Our Apprenticeship programmes include face to face workshops where our Apprentices can network with like-minded professionals – we even ask employers if they’d like to host the odd workshop to showcase how the role looks in their own environment! We also include webinars, guided learning, a unique 3-day residential in Snowdonia and our Learning Pathway (for HR Apprenticeships) to deliver an engaging and effective experience.
You may be interested to know that our expert tutors are CIPD-qualified and all come from the commercial world in their respective disciplines, ensuring that when you ask a question, you receive a pragmatic and real-world (not textbook/academic) view!
Our CIPD programmes can be expertly delivered by way of guided learning, free webinars and assignments, or dependent upon your experience and motivation, we may take an evidence-based approach, assisting you in simply evidencing what you already know. We might even invite you to attend our apprentice workshops (where relevant) at an additional cost in order to supplement your learning and allow you to network with others.

I find that the workshops are really useful as this was something I was looking for when choosing a potential provider - I am not a fan of distance learning. It also allows you to meet other learners from other companies to learn from their experiences. I also really liked the idea of the Residential in Snowdonia; this is certainly a USP for Crosby and found this to be a great networking opportunity due to the groups being a mix of differing levels and disciplines (HR). Completing this course is part of my succession planning and on completion should aid my development in my career and gain a promotion
