After a year of gained success and achievement, Crosby Management Training was able to get a taste of the challenge and adventure offered to our apprentices. We travelled to Blue Peris Mountain Centre in Llanberis, Wales. Within the two days, CMT staff experienced some physical and mental challenges this helped to build our relationships with one another but also with ourselves.
We tell our apprentices “We hope that you embrace the adventure and overcome any self-limiting beliefs, try something new and push personal boundaries”. This is something the colleagues really tried to take on board and many went out of their comfort zones to achieve this.

“Thank you for to Blue Peris Mountain Centre and my team at CROSBY MANAGEMENT TRAINING LTD for an enjoyable couple of days.
For our Christmas get together we were able to get a taster of what is offered to our apprentices during their residential. For us, this included team-building exercises, a gorge walk and open canoe games.
During the apprentices 3 days, we concentrate on the behaviours of the apprenticeship standard, providing them with the opportunity to showcase achievements and to truly understand that when we work together, we can overcome what previously seemed unachievable.”
