Crosby Management Training’s HR Team create more successes. Led by Wendy Allen and her fantastic colleagues including Tracey Green, Carolyn Swain and Michael Eccleston. Within this team all trainers excel at providing quality teaching and training materials towards our HR apprentices.
Our apprentices work very hard. Learning and working full time can sometimes be overlooked or unrecognised. However, we appreciate all the effort our apprentices give. This hard work and dedication is shown at the end. Every member of CMT are continuously proud of each and every apprentice that reaches and completes their End Point Assessment, and understandably should be recognised for the determination and sedulous work they’ve put in along the way.
Hollie Nelson, a HR support apprentice at Finning’s, recently passed her EPA. With great help from trainer Michael, and her own self-determination, Hollie was able to achieve her EPA pass with a distinction! During her apprenticeship with Crosby Hollie attended the residential to Snowdonia, a unique element of CMT’s offering, and is seen there in pictures below. After finishing her apprenticeship and finding out how well she had done Hollie said, “Following completion of my Level 3 Apprenticeship and CIPD I am really happy to become qualified in HR and could not thank Crosby Management Training enough for their support. I look forward to continuing to do my Level 5.”
Stefan Taylor, a HR Consultant apprentice at HomeServe, was the first in his cohort to pass EPA. Wendy, his trainer, and Stefan’s Line Manager where incredibly proud of him. Not only for reaching his EPA, but being first in his cohort too! This was shown by a lovely message on LinkedIn from his Line manager, Hardeep Kaur-Sidhu. “A massive congratulations to Stefan Taylor on completion of his HR Consultant / Partner Level 5 Apprenticeship! Stefan is the first of his cohort and within HomeServe to pass this Apprenticeship and has achieved a Certificate in CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management! What a great achievement Stefan, very well deserved!”
Crosby are joyed by the idea of more apprentices achieving their EPA. It’s such a rewarding job to be able to offer people apprenticeships and help them excel and progress within their careers.
