✨Danielle Couch – APPRENTICE OF THE MONTH✨
Since starting on programme Danielle has shown great enthusiasm and commitment to her learning. She regularly seeks out new opportunities to learn, knows where she wants to focus for her development and despite the challenging situation in Mitchells & Butlers PLC this year she always keeps her learning hours on track.
She is vocal and contributes very well in workshops and she has helped her group by volunteering to put together a Whatsapp group for her cohort to share experiences and support one another.
She had a fantastic time on the residential and learnt about herself from the experience.
We have already had discussions about her continuing her Crosby learning journey with the level 5 apprenticeship once her level 3 is complete, and with her great attitude the sky is the limit!
