If you’re thinking of doing an apprenticeship with Crosby my advice would be, absolutely do! The team are so caring, compassionate and supportive. Everyone I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been brilliant. There were many internal and external challenges during my apprenticeship journey, and I wasn’t sure I could continue at times. However, for every problem, Crosby were there to talk through a solution with me. They might be small but that is to their advantage. They provide that personal element. You’re an individual not just another apprentice. They want YOU to succeed for YOU and your development. A huge thank you to everyone who helped me over the finish line.
