At the end of February, Crosby Management Training received its second Progress Monitoring Visit by Ofsted (previous visit was Nov. 2018).
We are delighted to announce that we were judged to have made Significant progress since the last inspection.
This judgement was made against:
“What progress are leaders and those responsible for governance making to ensure that staff teach a curriculum and provide support to meet learners’ needs, including the provision of remote/online learning?”
HM Inspectors said:
Crosby develops strong working relationships with employers helping create resources and provide regular detailed feedback on apprentice progress through reports and meetings.
Paul Cadman, CEO said: ‘I am really pleased that Ofsted were able to evidence and recognise the excellent work being done by our industry expert trainers in teaching and supporting our apprentices in ways that enhance their learning experience through to successful outcomes’.
